Haylee Sparks

Haylee is the owner and groomer behind Prim & Pawper Mobile Dog Spa. She has spent nearly five years working hands-on with dogs through training, boarding, bathing, and grooming, giving her a well-rounded understanding of dog behavior, body language, and comfort.

Her grooming style is centered on patience, trust, and going at each dog’s pace. Haylee’s goal is not only to help dogs look their best, but to help them feel safe and cared for throughout the process so grooming can become a more positive experience now and in the future.

Cai Guymon

Business Manager

Cai is the Business Manager for Prim & Pawper and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a lifelong love for dogs, Cai manages the marketing, scheduling software, website, and business systems that help create a better experience for clients.

His work helps make booking, communication, and learning about Prim & Pawper as simple and convenient as possible. Cai is passionate about helping the business grow while making sure the heart of Prim & Pawper always stays focused on quality care, trust, and service.

Director of Belly Rubs and Cuddles

Gus

Gus is our six-year-old French Bulldog and the official Director of Belly Rubs & Cuddles. He takes his job very seriously, especially when it involves snuggling, supervising from a comfy spot, or convincing everyone that he deserves just one more treat.

Gus is cute, charming, and full of personality, so naturally he earned a special place on the Prim & Pawper van illustration. Around here, he is a daily reminder that dogs deserve comfort, patience, and a little extra pampering.

Pippen

Customer Service Representative

Pippen is our thirteen-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer and the sweetest Customer Service Representative you could ask for. She loves meeting anyone and everyone, and if you have hands available for petting, she will happily sit with you for hours.

Her specialty is making people feel welcome, appreciated, and completely adored. Pippen reminds us that every dog has their own personality, and every client deserves kindness, warmth, and a friendly greeting.
