Prim & Pawper is a woman-owned, Cache Valley local mobile dog spa bringing premium grooming services right to your door. We specialize in calm, one-on-one grooming designed around safety, patience, and individualized care, giving your dog a high-quality salon experience without the stress of leaving home.
From the beginning, Prim & Pawper was built with intention. We have invested in high-quality equipment, professional products, and thoughtful grooming systems so every client can feel confident in the care their dog receives. Our goal is to provide more than a beautiful groom. We want every appointment to feel clean, organized, convenient, and trustworthy from start to finish.
Our specialty is personalized grooming at your dog’s pace. Traditional salons can be overwhelming for many dogs, especially when there are multiple pets, loud noises, changing groomers, and busy environments. Prim & Pawper offers a low-stimulation alternative where your dog receives focused attention, consistent care, and a groomer who takes the time to understand their needs, comfort level, and personality.

Prim & Pawper is owned and operated by Haylee Sparks, whose journey in dog care began with her education. Haylee started by pursuing an associate degree focused on understanding animal health, which helped build the foundation for her passion for working with dogs.
Her hands-on experience grew through a wide variety of roles in the pet care world. She began as a kennel technician, where she learned the importance of cleanliness, observation, safe handling, and daily animal care. She then worked as a puppy trainer, gaining valuable experience in dog behavior, communication, confidence building, and reading body language.
From there, Haylee became a dog bather and eventually a professional dog groomer. Each step of her journey has shaped the way she works today. Her background in animal health, boarding, training, bathing, and grooming allows her to approach each dog with patience, understanding, and respect.
Haylee’s grooming style is centered on building trust. She believes dogs deserve to be listened to, handled with compassion, and given the time they need to have the best experience possible. Her goal is not only to help dogs look beautiful, but to help them feel safe, cared for, and understood throughout the grooming process.
